Paws & Manes Sanctuary is an Animal Rescue located in the beautiful foothills of the Sierra Nevada National Forest in souththern San Joaquin Valley in Porterville, California. Our animal rescue is dedicated to helping cats, dogs, and horses offering fostering and adoption services and has already helped over a hundred animals. Our goal is to seek out and find forever homes for as many animals as possible. We wish we could help them all, but our funds are limited to our family income, so we are in process of becoming 501c3 certified.
